Who we are. licensemydata.com is operated by Minimus Ventures LLC, a California limited liability company based in Newbury Park, California. We act as an intermediary between people who hold licensable material and the companies that process and place it.
What we collect. Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, organisation, email address, the country your data is in, the category you selected, and whatever you write in the free-text box. There is no account, no login, and no newsletter signup.
Why we collect it. To reply to your enquiry and assess whether what you hold is licensable. Nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.
We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking pixels on this site. No advertising networks, no session recording, no visitor profiling.
One third-party request. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. If you would rather that did not happen, a content blocker will stop it and the page will still work.
Enquiries go to Minimus Ventures. If pursuing your enquiry means introducing you to a processing company, we will tell you who before we do it. We do not pass your details to anyone without saying so first.
The form sends an email through our hosting provider, GoDaddy, and the message sits in our business email account. Both are in the United States.
Active enquiries stay while the conversation is live. Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted within two years. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have these rights under the CCPA, the UK or EU GDPR, or a local equivalent. We apply them to everyone regardless.
How to reach us. Use the enquiry form and say what you are asking for, or write to Minimus Ventures LLC, Newbury Park, California. If you are making a deletion or access request, say so plainly and we will confirm in writing when it is done.
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
